Well now that spring is here and summer right around the corner, I have been taking pictures of all the beauty around me. Flowers are blooming and birds are singing. I have been practicing with taking close up pictures with macro settings. I don't have a macro lens yet, but I think the pictures look good. You be the judge and check out my shots of all the pretty flowers.

Viva Las Vegas!
I was in Vegas for Memorial Day and was very excited to get some good pictures from a city I love. Being from Los Angeles, most people have been to Vegas and see the usual Vegas. I decide to take pictures of a few different views of Las Vegas. I used all manual setting and no flash, all things I learned from web tutorials and my handy dandy Canon "how to" book.
